Ethnic Choice Clothing knows the importance of having what you ordered as soon as possible and we pride ourselves on on having a fast order turnaround and delivery times. After placing your order with us we aim to have it off to you within three to five business days of receiving payment. Our daily cutoff time for dispatch is 3pm United Kingdom time, if your order and payment is received before this time it will be shipped out within three to five business days. (Subject to stock availability)

We try to give you the cheapest shipping costs available at the time of payment. With this in mind we provide you the costs of shipping upon payment completion

Information for United Kingdom Customers

The postage rate is calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart with the various delivery options and prices presented to you when you go through the Check Out system.

Information for International Customers

International orders are sent by Regular Airmail. Cost is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.

Returns

Please choose carefully as products may not be returned unless they are faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. If you have a product you wish to return you must email us for a Return Authorization form and send the items back to us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped with your Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging material.
